On 11/24/2020 a virtual Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic the inspector was not on site. During this inspection there were no children present. According to to vendor there were no children currently enrolled. Emergency supplies, procedures were reviewed. The home and facilities were inspected via video mobile application. In addition, Child household member and vendor records were reviewed.
