On 12/7/2020 a virtual Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic the inspector was not on site. This inspection was conducted via mobile video application, email and phone correspondence. During this inspection there no children present or enrolled. Emergency supplies, procedures and drills were reviewed. The physical plant and facilities were inspected via video mobile application. Violations are indicated on the violation notice.
