Licensing Inspector arrived at 11:45 AM and departed at 12:30 PM to conduct an initial subsidy health and safety inspection. Provider is currently a voluntarily registered provider who is not renewing, but wants to remain a subsidy vendor as she cares for her grandchildren. All regulations for subsidy family day homes were reviewed and no violations were noted.
