An announced Initial Subsidy Health and safety monitoring inspection was conducted on July 31, 2019 from 10:30 a.m. until 11:40 a.m. to review subsidy requirements. There were no children enrolled for care in the home. The records sample size consisted of 2 provider / household records. The provider states that no medication will be administered to children in care and children will not be routinely transported in a vehicle. Children will play outdoors in the back yard with direct supervision and close proximity of the provider. There is no stationary play equipment in the yard at this time.
