On 1/11/21 a virtual monitoring inspection was completed. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic the inspector was not on site. This inspection was completed via mobile video application as well as email and phone correspondence. During inspection there were 2 children present, observed playing freely under the direct supervision of the provider. The facility and emergency supplies and procedures were inspection. Staff and Household members records were reviewed.
