This annual subsidy inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A subsidy health and safety inspection was initiated and completed on 1/28/2021. The vendor was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 0 children present at the time of the inspection.The inspector reviewed policies and procudures
regarding children's records, household member information and discussed requirements to ensure vendor was in compliance with health and safety regulations.
The inspector reviewed with the vendor COVID 19 Essential Guidance for Child care Programs.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or law.
