On 2/16/21 a virtual subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic the inspector was not on site and the inspection was completed via video application as well as phone and email correspondence There were no children present, according to the vendor children have not attended in 11 months. The physical plant, records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected.
