Technical Assistance:
Technical assistance was given regarding process to become a Licensed provider, online Phase 1 training and contact information for local licening office.

Comments:
This annual subsidy inspection was conducted by the inspector using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency declared by the Governor of Virginia in response to the COVID -19 pandemic.

An annual subsidy inspection was initiated and completed on 03/09/2021 using a remote application. The vendor reported that there were 4 children in attendance at the time of the inspection. The inspector reviewed vendor's process in place for maintaining attendance, child information, emergency preparedness response planning, drills and supplies. Areas and activities were reviewed based on the current age of children in care. Children were participating in virtual learning, finishing lunch and preparing for rest time.

The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the vendor COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no areas of non-compliancewith applicable regulations or law, and no violations were issued.
