This annual subsidy inspection was conducted by the inspector using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency declared by the Governor of Virginia in response to the COVID-19 pandemic .
An annual subsidy inspection was initiated and completed on 3/30/2021 using a remote application. The vendor reported that there were no children currently attending the program. The inspector reviewed processes regarding child attendance, child information, caregiver and household member information and emergency preparedness planning, supplies and drills.
Areas and equipment, cleaning and daily routines when children are in clear were discussed.
The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the vendor COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no areas of non-compliance with applicable regulatiions or law, and no violations were issued.
