An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 9/23/19 from 10:15 am until 12:00 pm to review the subsidy health and safety requirements. The provider cares for four children ranging in age from five years to 10 years for a total of three points. All records were reviewed for updates. No new children were in care as of the time of the inspection. All applicable requirements were reviewed during this inspection. Violations were found and are documented on the violation notice.
