An announced Initial subsidy inspection was conducted today virtual. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic this the inspector was not on site and this inspection was conducted via mobile video app as well as email and phone correspondence. During inspection, there were 2 children present directly supervised by the vendor. The home, staff records, children?s records, household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. According to the vendor There were no medications on site. Children were observed playing. There was an adequate supply of books, toys, and materials for the children.
