Comments:
This inspection was conducted by staff using an alternative remote protocol, including phone interview, records review, and virtual observations. An on-site inspection was not conducted at this time.

An unannounced subsidy inspection was conducted at 9:25am. The vendor was contacted by phone to initiate the inspection. There was 1 child in care 0+ 1 child that lives in the home = 3 points with the vendor. The daycare areas were sufficiently supplied with toys and equipment for the children. Information gathered during the inspection determined there was an area of non-compliance with applicable standards or laws reviewed. Description: Based on interview conducted, it was determined that the vendor did not complete required annual training. Evidence: The vendor said she did not complete the Virginia Annual Health + Safety Training course.

Plan of Correction: The inspector provided enrollment information, and the vendor said she will complete the class.
