Technical Assistance:
Technical assistance was provided regarding placement of cords if children utilize space for play.

Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol including telephone contact, video conferencing application and review of documentaion and policies and procedures.

A subsidy health and safety inspection was initiated and completed on 8/31/2021. There were 0 children in care at the time of the inspection. They had not arrived for the day.

The information gathered during the inspection determined a violations with applicable standards or law. Violation issued on attached violation notice

Description: Based upon child information reviewed required information was incomplete.
Evidence:
Child A record is missing authorization for emergency medical treatment signed by parent and proof of identity documetation,
Child B record is missing authorization for emergency medical treatment signed by parent and proof of identity documentation.

Plan of Correction: Vendor text parent during inspection and sent confirmation of receipt of missing information the same day as inspection.
