This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documentation review, interview, and a virtual tour of the program.
A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated and concluded on October 20. 2021. There were 3 children present with the Vendor present and supervising. Emergency plan, Emergency Drills, Attendance records, children's paperwork, and the Vendors Health Form were reviewed.

Standard #: 22VAC40-665-230 Description: Based on interview and record review, it was determined the Vendor has not completed annual training hours.
Evidence:
1. Vendor has documentation of 4 hours in annual training but does not have the Health and Safety annual training.Plan of Correction: I will complete and look for training hours on the DOE website.
