1. Discussed ongoing health and safety practices as it relates to the health pandemic.
2. The Virginia Health + Safety Training class is required every year. Inspector provided registration information.
- Comments:

This inspection was conducted by staff using an alternative remote protocol, including phone interview, and records review. A virtual inspection was not possible today, as the vendor reported that her cell phone is broken. An on-site inspection was not conducted at this time.
An unannounced subsidy inspection was conducted at 9:50am. The vendor was contacted by phone to initiate the inspection. There was 1 child present = 2 points with the vendor. Ratios were in compliance. Breakfast provided to the child in care today included a chewy breakfast bar and milk. Information gathered during the inspection determined there were no non-compliances with applicable standards or laws reviewed. Standard #: 22VAC40-665-230-H Description: Based on records reviewed, it was determined that the vendor did not complete a required annual training. Evidence: The date on the most recent training certificate for the Virginia Health + Safety Training class was 11/26/20. Plan of Correction: The vendor will take this class every year before 12 months from the date on the previous training certificate.
