A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated on January 18, 2022 and concluded on January 19, 2022. There are no children enrolled but the Vendor has a local permit to care for children. The Vendor has supplies, emergency supplies, training documents and is current in First Aid/CPR. The local agency supplied the inspector with current background checks. A code compliance inspection was also conducted on this date.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Please call with questions 703-479-4679

Violations:

The plan stated will decided a place.

Plan of Correction: I will have the children go to the bathroom and remain there when we practice the lockdown and in the event we have a lockdown threat. I will write that in the plan.
