This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documentation review, interview, and a virtual tour of the program.
A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated on and concluded on February 14, 2022. There were no children present or enrolled with the Vendor. A code compliance inspection was also conducted on this date as the Vendor has moved locations and needed an inspection to determine compliance. The Vendor had created a new Emergency Preparedness Plan and is current with CPR/first aid. The Inspector was also given access to review clearances for Vendor and household members.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
