This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documentation review, interviews, and a virtual tour of the home.
A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated on February 17, 2022 and concluded on February 23, 2022. According to the Vendor, there are children enrolled and have not had children in care since 2020. A code compliance inspection was also conducted on this date. The Vendors Clearances are current with the family and one was submitted for clearance and the local agency is awaiting on the results but vendor submitted on time. The Vendors CPR is current and only have attended online trainings.
