This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documentation review, interview, and a virtual tour of the home.
A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated on February 24, 2022 and concluded on February 25, 2022. There was 1 child present with the Vendor today but she has other children enrolled. A code compliance inspection was also conducted on this date.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliances with applicable standards or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Please call with questions 703-479-4679

Standard #: 22VAC40-665-230-H Description: Based on record review and interview, it was determined the vendor did not attend 16 hours of annual training.
Evidence:
1. Vendor sent a copy of her First Aid and CPR card but acknowledged she has not taken any other trainings.Plan of Correction: I will look on the child care aware web page for classes.
Standard #: 8VAC20-790-190-B Description: Based on record review and interview, it was determined the vendor did not have complete information for one child.
Evidence:
1. Vendor had information for children enrolled but child 3 didn't have copy of immunization record. Vendor stated she had it in an email but could not locate but asked for another copy.Plan of Correction: I will maintain the information
