This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
An unlicensed subsidy health and safety (USHSI) inspection was initiated on 03/08/2022 and concluded on 03/08/2022. There were 3 children present with 1 staff supervising. Subsidy requirements were reviewed during this inspection.
