On 03/28/2022 a virtual Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the inspector was not onsite and the inspection was completed via mobile video application as well as phone and email components. During the inspection the home and emergency supplies and procedures were inspected and or reviewed. Policies and procedures for maintaining child, vendor and household member records were also reviewed. There were no children in care at the time of the inspection. A sample of 1 child record was reviewed for required information.
No violations were cited during this inspection.
