An initial Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted 05/11/2022. There were no children in care at the time of the inspection.
The provider gave a tour of the home and areas to be used for the care of children.
Requirements were discussed regarding sight and sound supervision, limiting access of the stairs by children with the use of gates, nap time sleep routines, self care and cleaning routines.
Policies and procedures regarding child information, vendor information and trainings, household member information, attendance, emergency preparedness planning, supplies and drills and additional policies that would be required based on ages and stages of children in care.
Information gathered at the time of the inspection determined no violations with applicable code or requirements.
