An annual subsidy inspection was conducted on May 9, 2022 from 10:30am to 11:30am. There were 2 children in care and no children living in the home under the age of 12 present with the vendor. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 4 adult/household member records submitted by the vendor to ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations.
-Information gathered during the inspection determined areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the vendor.

Standard #: 22VAC40-665-250-A Description: Based on observations, cleaning agents and disinfectants were stored in an area accessible to children.
Evidence:
1) Four large cleaning products were observed on the floor in plastic bags accessible to children.
2) A disinfectant spray was observed on a shelf accessible to children.Plan of Correction: Items were removed and placed in a locked closet at the time of inspection.
Standard #: 8VAC20-790-180-B Description: Based on record review, the provider did not maintain a written record of daily attendance that documents the arrival and departure of each child as it occurs.
Evidence: There was no written attendance record.Plan of Correction: I will do attendance.
Standard #: 8VAC20-790-190-A Description: Based on record review, the vendor did not maintain a record for each enrolled child.
