A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted today (7/13/2022) by remote application. Provider reports that there are no children in care at this time. Policies and procedures were reviewed regarding required documentation for child attendance records, child information, provider and household member information, trainings and emergency preparedness planning, supplies and drills. Hand washing, cleaning and sanitation routines were also reviewed.
Information gathered determined No Violations with applicable code or requirements.
