A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted today (7/25/2022). There were 3 children directly supervised by the provider. Children were observed eating breakfast, helping to demonstrate hand washing routines and how they practice emergency drills. Child Information, provider and household information and trainings and emergency preparedness planning, supplies and drills were also reviewed.
Information gathered determined a violation with code or requirements and is listed in the Violation Notice.
