This annual subsidy inspection was conducted by the inspector using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to the state of emergency declared by the Governor of Virginia in response to the COVID -19 pandemic.
An annual subsidy inspection was initiated and completed on 01/06/2022. The vendor was contacted by remote application to complete the inspection. The vendor reported that there were 3 children in care at the time of the inspection. The inspector reviewed child information, household member information and emergency preparedness planning, supplies and drills. Vendor training records were also reviewed to ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable requirements and law.
