An in-person annual subsidy inspection was conducted on 8/11/2022 from 11:46am to 12:30pm. There were (2) children in care with the vendor. The inspector reviewed (2) children?s records and (5) adult/household member records submitted by the vendor to ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the vendor.

Evidence:
1. The caregiver completed the health and safety update course on1/12/2020, but had not completed the course in 2021 or 2022.Plan of Correction: I will take the class by 8/14/2022.
