A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted on August 24th, 2022 from 9:30 am until 10:30 am. There was one child present with one provider. During the inspection the home, emergency supplies, procedures and drills were inspected. Handwashing, diaper changing, cleaning and sanitation routines were discussed. A child records,, provider information and household member information was reviewed.
