A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 08/30/2022 from 10:15 am until 11:20 am. There were 4 children (10 points) directly supervised by the provider. During the inspection, the home, activities and interactions with children, emergency supplies, procedures and drills, cleaning and sanitation routines, hand washing and diaper changing routines, children records, provider records and household member records were reviewed.
