Consultation was given on transitioning the child to a cot based on his size and age during rest time. The training link was sent to the vendor to obtain the annual update.
- Comments:

An in person annual subsidy monitoring inspection was conducted. One child was present with the vendor for 4 points during the inspection. The provider uses the living room for daycare. All food is bought from home. Home was well maintained and supplied with materials and equipment for children in care. Information gathered during the inspection determined areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or laws and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the vendor. Evidence:
The provider stated that she has not completed the 3 hour annual training.Plan of Correction: The provider will complete the annual training by the end of the month.
