A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted on September 22, 2022 from 8:30 am until 9:30 am. There were 3 children supervised by 2 caregivers. During the inspection the home, activities and interactions with children, emergency supplies, procedures and drills were inspected. Handwashing and diaper changing routines were discussed. Child records, provider information and household member information were reviewed. Information gathered determined no violations with applicable code or requirements.
