An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 4/16/2024 from 1:10 to 1:50. The vendor was present with 4 children in care. A total of 13 points. The children were napping at the beginning of the inspection and woke up. Observed the children interacting with the provider. Today's lunch was nuggets, rice, salad and yogurt. Discussed diaper changing and hand washing.
