An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on October 6 2022, between 11:40am and 12:30pm. There were 2 children and 2 vendor children in the direct care of the vendor. Children were observed playing with toy trucks and electronics. The child records, emergency drill documentation, and the physical space was inspected and reviewed.
