An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on October 6 2022 between 9:00am and 10:00am. There was 1 child in care of the vendor. There were books and toys for the child to play with. Provider training, household background searches, the child's record, emergency drills, and the physical space was observed and inspected.
