An in-person annual subsidy inspection was conducted on 10/11/2022 from 9:00am to 10:06am. There were (2) children in care with 1 caregiver. The inspector reviewed (2) children?s records and (2) adult/household member records submitted by the vendor to ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the vendor.

Standard #: 8VAC20-790-250-F Description: Based on interview, the caregiver did not complete the department's health and safety update course in 2022.
Evidence:
1. The caregiver completed the preservice training on 9/09/2021, but did not complete the health and safety update course for 2022.Plan of Correction: I will take the training today.
Standard #: 8VAC20-790-420-C Description: Based on interview, the vendor did not have 911 or local dial number for police, fire, and emergency medical services posted in a visible and conspicuous place.
Evidence:
1. The vendor stated that she had the poison control center number posted, but did not have 911 or local dial number for police, fire and emergency medical services.Plan of Correction: I will add 911.
