An unannounced subsidy healthy and safety inspection was conducted on October 11 2022 between 1:30pm and 2:30pm. There was 1 child in the direct care of the vendor. A review of the child records, household records, staffing records, subsidy forms, and the physical space of the day care was inspected and reviewed.
