An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on September 20 2022 between 10:00am and 11:00am. There were 2 children in the direct care of the vendor. Children were observed watching a television program, working on puzzles, and playing with various toys. Household records, staffing records, child records, and the physical space was inspected.
