Comments:
An annual Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 10/4/2022 from 9:10 am-9:55 am. There were 2 children in direct supervision of the vendor. Vendor information, child information, household member information, trainings, emergency preparedness planning, drills and supplies were reviewed. Cleaning and sanitizing routines were discussed and demonstrated during a tour of the home.

Violations are cited on the Violation Notice.

Standard #: 8VAC20-790-180-B
Description: Based upon record review and interview, the vendor did not maintain a written hard copy record of daily attendance that documents the arrival and departure of each child as it occurs.

Evidence: There was no written documentation of child A and child B arriving into to care on the morning of 10/4/2022 ( date of inspection) .

Plan of Correction: I fixed it during the inspection.

Description: Based upon observation, cleaning agents, disinfectants were not stored in areas inaccessible to children.

Evidence:
Air spray and cleaning agent was observed at the end of the diaper changing area in the hall way next to the play area.

Plan of Correction: I moved during the inspection.
