An in-person annual subsidy inspection was conducted on 10/21/2022 from 10:30-11:20. There were no children present with the vendor at that time as they are before and after school children. The inspector reviewed 2 children's records and adult/household member background checks and TB clearance documentation, physical space, trainings and nutrition. The vendor provides both an afternoon snack and dinner for children who stay until 6:00 pm. The vendor exceeds training requirements with 20.5 hours obtained for the previous year. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
