An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted at 11:00am. Observed 2 children = 4 points with the vendor. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. An adult household member + child household member were also present in the home today. Children were playing with toys + watching an age appropriate Spanish learning cartoon. The daycare areas of the home were found to be clean and sufficiently supplied with toys + equipment for the children. The fenced backyard allows for outdoor play. Lunch to be served today: chicken soup that includes pasta, tomatoes, and celery, apples, and milk. Recordkeeping was in order.
