This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interview, and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 8/16/2021 and concluded on 8/16/2021. The Director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted at 12:15pm. There were 49 children present with 6 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed.

Standard #: 22VAC40-185-60-A Description: Based on a review of children's records, 1 out of 3 children's records did not contain all required information in the child record.
Evidence:
1. Child #3 was missing 1 of 2 required emergency contact addresses.Plan of Correction: We will ask the parents for the missing address.
Standard #: 22VAC40-665-540-B Description: Based on a review of staff records, 1 out of 3 staff did not obtain a subsequent TB screening at least every two years from the date of the initial screening.
Evidence:
1. Staff member #3's most recent TB screening was dated 6/18/2019.Plan of Correction: We will have the staff member get an updated TB screening.
