An unannounced visit was conducted following a concern received to the DOE hotline to the Local Ordinance Home (LOH). At the time of the inspection no children were in care. The vendor stated that no children have been enrolled since 7/21/2022. Observed daycare space and confirmed that no children were present. A follow up call to the OFC Subsidy Office confirmed that no children have been in care when the worked did a visit in October. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
