An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted at the Local Ordinance Home. No children have been in care since September 2021. Reviewed background checks, TB screenings, trainings, fire permit for the home and first aid and CPR certification. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
