An in-person annual subsidy inspection was conducted on 12/05/2022 from 9:37am to 10:50am. There were no children in care. The inspector reviewed (2) children?s records and (3) adult/household member records submitted by the vendor to ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations.
-Information gathered during the inspection determined areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the vendor.

Evidence:
