An announced initial inspection was conducted on 6/16/2022 from 10:00am to 11:30am. There were not children in care today. The site was clean and contained developmentally appropriate materials. The physical space, injury prevention plan, playground safety procedures, emergency plan and emergency supplies were reviewed prior to or during the inspection. Standard #: 22.1-289.058 Description: Based on interview, the center did not have a carbon monoxide detector and the building was built before 2015 and serves preschool-age children.

1. The center had a first aid kit, but it was missing the First Aid instruction manual.Plan of Correction: We will locate one and have in the office by Tuesday.
