An annual subsidy health and safety inspection ( SHSI) was completed on 12/9/2022 from 12:40 pm-2:00 pm. There were 3 children directly supervised by the vendor. The children had finished lunch and were preparing for nap at the time of the inspection. The home, emergency preparedness planning, policies and supplies were inspected. A sample of 3 child records, provider trainings and household member records were reviewed.
