An unannounced annual inspection was conducted 1/5/2023 from 10:45 am-11:40 am. There were no children present. The home, 1 staff record, 2 children?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
