Comments:
An unannounced annual inspection was conducted 1/5/2023 from 12:55 pm-1:50 pm. There were 2 children present and 1 direct caregiver. The home, 1 staff record, 2 children?s records, 2 household members' records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Description: Based on record review, the vendor did not maintain a record for each enrolled child.
