An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 7/1/2022. There were 53 children in care, with a total of 9 staff assigned to their direct supervision. All children and supervising staff were attending an off site field trip at the time of this inspection. The Inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, children and staff records, the physical plant, daily programming, and staff background checks.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-160-A Description: Based on a review of staff health records, it was determined that one staff member did not submit documentation of a negative tuberculosis screening.
Evidence:
Staff A began employment on 6/13/2022. This person began coming into contact with children effective that day. There is no tuberculosis screening on file for this staff person.Plan of Correction: I will make sure the staff person completes the TB screening immediately.
