An unannounced inspection was conducted from 12:35- 1:15 PM. There was one child present with the Vendor. The Vendor has children enrolled but they are in school during the day. The vendors' records were reviewed and current and that includes certifications, attendance, and emergency drills. The entire home was also observed and no hazards were observed. Evidence:
1. The Vendor has taken various courses but has not completed the 3 hour annual health and safety update course.Plan of Correction: I will take it.
